Refund Policy

Our Promise
ViralSync operates on a work-first model — you only pay after the agreed work is delivered. This significantly reduces the need for refunds in most cases.
Eligibility for Refund
If, after payment, you can demonstrate that the delivered work materially does not match the agreed scope, you may request a refund within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided for: results-based outcomes (follower counts, engagement, sales), content that was approved by you and posted as instructed, or work delayed due to lack of client input or assets.
Revisions
Each post includes reasonable revisions to align with your brand. Excessive scope changes beyond the agreed package may require an additional fee instead of a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us via our contact page with your order details and the reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
