Agreement
By engaging ViralSync's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Services
ViralSync provides social media content creation, posting, caption writing, hashtag research, and organic growth support for Facebook and Instagram, as described in the package you select.
Work First, Pay Later
We complete the agreed work first. Payment is due upon delivery and review of the work, in accordance with the package selected.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, brand assets, account access where required, and timely feedback. You confirm you own or have permission to use any content or trademarks you share with us.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful activity, hate speech, harassment, deceptive marketing, or content that violates platform policies of Facebook or Instagram.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the delivered content for your business. ViralSync retains the right to showcase non-confidential work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.
Limitation of Liability
ViralSync is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee specific follower counts, engagement rates, or business outcomes — results depend on many factors outside our control.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date remains payable.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
